As an Educational Experience Manager, I was in charge of listening closely to students' feedback and discovering ways to improve the Code State Boot Camp educational program.- Spearheaded the planning and operating software engineering courses and product management courses in CodeState, a tech-based boot camp training company.- I strategized and designed the detailed courses, and I also conducted certain activities and consulting to help students adapt to the boot camp. Additionally, I consulted an excess of 100 students and have contributed to their learning throughout the entire training period. - Being highly intrigued in improving the learning performance for students, I previously hosted educational experience meetings, analyzed data, and distributed them within the team.- The product management course was launched in 2020, and I successfully transitioned my team into this. - Enactus Project ‘Cheong-A-Han’ was a develop-your-own-art educational program specially designed for deaf people. Over a two-year period, I provided these individuals with both sign language and text translation services. - The main topic of the training was regarding calligraphy, and lectures on the use of Photoshop and illustration tools to help deaf people make money from art.- An excess of 60 deaf students participated in our educational program and we held 10 exhibitions in aggregate.- Prize money and sales were an estimated KRW 30 million (approximately USD $26,000)- Furthermore, one of our students was able to develop sufficient enough skills to work as a part-time instructor at a hearing-impaired school.
