Als ZZP’er word ik ingehuurd door andere organisaties om een bijdrage te leveren op het gebied van programmeren, serverbeheer en IT-advies

As a student information officer, I am responsible together with two colleagues/students for the student part during the Open House presentation. We also manage the mailbox for questions from high school students. However, most of the time we are busy presenting and promoting Information Science at secondary schools. Of course, in the present time, this is also done digitally via Zoom or other online platforms.

As a student assistant, you help students during lectures with substantive questions about the material. In the case of the courses Programming Information Science, Programming Artificial Intelligence, and Web Programming and Databases for Information Science, these questions were mainly about the weekly assignments. During the course Collective Intelligence, I was co-responsible for the way the review framework worked.

During this job, I worked behind the buffet, at the ticket counter and stood at the entrance of the cinema hall. I often worked at the call center as well. Customer service and hospitality were very important.
