The main responsibilities of this role are as follows;-Testing electronic components and ICT/FCT-EOL machines and analyzing schematics.-Preparation of trap parts for test machines according to projects (AOI-ICT/FCT-EOL).-Solving customer demands, customizing the process according to the specifications of each project.-Analyze, solve and control quality problems in a timely manner to meet customer needs using the 8D approach-Evaluation of products according to IPC610 A.-Conducting MSA studies for processes and operators.-Managing bilateral relations between senior managers and subordinate employees.-Team management.-Mastering IATF 16949 processes.-Making applications for production requirements.- New product commissioning PPAP/PPA, Production Part Approval Process and realization of customer approvals.-Mastering VDA 6.1- 6.2-6.3-6.4-6.5 processes.
