As R&D and Investments Manager at Prozon, key projects within the company’s Technopark were managed and organized, including the development of SGK Incentives Software, Payroll, and Personnel Software. Project teams were led, and national and international funding opportunities were researched to ensure the projects benefited from available grants, funds, and incentives. The financial processes of R&D activities were actively managed, including overseeing budgeting and financial planning to ensure alignment with project goals and funding requirements. Monthly and annual project reports were prepared and overseen, ensuring all deliverables were met within deadlines. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams ensured the successful execution of software solutions, with projects aligned with funding opportunities to maximize their impact.

Provided project preparation, reporting, and consultancy services to a diverse range of stakeholders, including NGOs, municipalities, universities, and institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. Later, contributed to the operational processes of EU-funded projects, actively supporting the implementation of best practice examples, on-the-job observations, courses, and youth projects across 11 European countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Italy. Played a key role in offering organizational support, ensuring the smooth execution of projects in various sectors, and fostering international collaboration.

Contributed to research on the oral history of Cyprus, focusing on pre- and post-1974 events. Participated in interviews and discussions with academics, former prime ministers, ministers, and experts, gathering valuable insights on key historical developments. Responsibilities included transcribing recorded interviews, conducting news research, organizing and filing documents, performing data analysis, and preparing detailed reports. Additionally, actively participated in the university’s national and international events, supporting the promotion and dissemination of research findings.

Turkey's Population Census Project (Gaziantep Region): As part of Turkey’s national population census, contributions were made to the digitization of demographic data by transferring population statistics from Adıyaman’s cities, districts, towns, and villages into a digital platform. Responsibilities included both fieldwork and digital data entry, ensuring the accurate and timely transfer of data. This involved close coordination with the team to collect census data from various regions and input it directly into a digital system. This initiative played a crucial role in the transition of Turkey’s population census to a fully digital tracking system, which now provides a foundation for more efficient demographic monitoring and analysis.
