During the stay guest can interact with the hotel team for any service requests.- ZingHR , MyLeela App for Team members (successfully completed across 10 hotels in Oct 21) Within 21 days of launch the adoption rate reached 96%. Till date the traction rate of usage has been more than 60%. - Online food ordering (successfully completed in Aug 21)Evaluated three vendors and chose the best fit app, did a POC at one of the hotel and completed roll out across three hotels.- E-Newspaper (successfully rolled out in Sep 21)Two of the top e-newspaper software’s were evaluated and the best fit and most economical app was chosen and rolled out across 10 properties.- WiFi portal standardization (successfully completed in Nov 21)Guest, Complimentary and Event login process was standardized across all hotels.- Standard operating proceduresHave been actively involved in preparing and documenting SOP’s for IT Operations- Salesforce – CRM (The Leela group of hotels – December 2021) Complete custom developed, two way interface with Oracle Hospitality – PMS and Sales & Catering Development and implementation partner PwC Phase 1 rolled out successfully May 2022 across 10 hotels and 165 Sales users- Mobile App (The Leela group of hotels – December 2021) A progressive mobile app. Primary Interfaces integrated with the app are Opera PMS reservation and FO Module, POS Symphony Interface, Door lock Interface etc. Evaluation and successful Development in partnership with Hudini.- Guest ID management and auto integration with FRRO website Successfully implemented across The Leela properties.

    Headed the Software Application portfolio for The Oberoi Group from 2018 - 2021. Core activities as Application Head included but not limited to Application management, Vendor management, Annual Maintenance contracts, Operational activities and migrations of the applications. 22 Hotels in India and 8 hotels abroad were reporting to the Application Head. 24 applications and their corresponding vendors were handled under the portfolio.As Senior Projects Head, handled the below Portfolio at The Oberoi Group of hotels and resorts- Digitization of PMS and Micros Symphony with help of AI BOT. Digital server was centrally hosted and the documents were available real time over web. E-Invoicing was payment collection was done using this application. - Centralization of Guest Identities and FRRO integration Samsotech application was hosted centrally and guest identities were saved on central server. FRRO integration was done with Samsotech making it easy for team to update guest details in a single click- Centralization of SAP This was project was challenging as Opera and Micros codes had to standardized. To implement this the entire history data had to be moved to new codes. Bigger properties took time due to huge data size- Centralization of Guest Internet Services This project was very challenging as Central Interface to support 24 individual PMS was being implemented for the first time. Another critical task was working with Reliance Jio as it was first time venturing into hospitality IT- Automation in In-room services For the first time in hospitality all In-room services were being automated. Door Camera, Door opening, In-room dinning ordering, opening of window curtain, TV operations, AC Operation, Butler Services and Guest Services were all automated through a single iPad solution.
