- Planning broadband network infrastructure, services to run on this infrastructure, deciding which devices to use for these services (BNG, CGN, RADIUS, DNS etc.) and managing investments for these devices.- Determining capacity and infrastructure needs of the network and managing projects to fulfill these needs.- Providing technical support to Marketing and Service Development departments to design the network topology and to set service definitions. Conducting market research to see available solutions.- Conducting laboratory and field tests for the new products and services in the market. Using the gathered information from tests to improve current services and products or creating new services and products.- Designing the network architecture and documenting the new design on LLDs and HLDs.- Providing information to Network Operation teams so that they can implement the new services/products and providing technical support when they need.

- Managing Superonline’s broadband systems (Radius, BNG, Provisioning Systems, Databases, DPI).- Researching emerging and current technologies and iplementing them when it is necessary.- Implementing and maintaining L2TP tunnels with other ISPs.- Working with other teams to develop new products and determine how support proccess should be conducted.- Keeping track of number of customers, amount of network traffic and amount of IP addresses used and increasing resources as needed.

- Providing network solutions to Superonline corporate accounts- Providing technical support for customers on Superonline IP/MPLS network- Implementing BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP or writing static routes. Troubleshooting all these protocols if there is any problem with those.- Implementing and troubleshooting track configurations for customers who have back-up lines- Managing network devices in Superonline's networks and network devices owned by customer. These devices are mainly Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel, Huawei, Zyxel routers and switches.- Creating access-lists according to customer's wishes and topology. Troubleshooting previously implemented access-lists if there are any problems with them- Managing monitoring tools such as MRTG and Probes. - Contacting with customers via e-mail or phone and providing simultaneous solutions- Providing support for LL, G.SHDSL, Metro Ethernet, 3G, Satellite Modems, Radio Links.
