My name is Yunus Emre GÖREL, and I completed my International Trade education with a third-place ranking in school. After that, I received foreign language education abroad and had the opportunity to live in many countries in Europe for long periods. Living in these countries allowed me to have a mentality that is always open to development.I have spent most of my time in my family's textile factory. I have been in every phase of production, observing my parents' tireless work and projects to produce the best fabrics and products possible. Over time, I gained valuable experience in textile production, from sourcing raw materials to managing the factory, despite the company's success, I felt that there was more I could do to innovate and grow.In 2016, I decided to start my own journey and founded YEG Textile. Starting from scratch was not easy, but I was determined to establish a company that would be a leader in quality, sustainability, service, and innovation. I formed a team of talented colleagues from different cultures who shared my vision. As a management style, I adopted a collaborative, positive, and inclusive team culture. I am excited that YEG Textile, which has branches in many countries today, will continue to innovate and grow in the years to come.In addition to my professional life, I am also an active member of the community. I value social responsibility projects and make efforts on behalf of myself and my company to raise awareness in society. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, horse riding, playing chess, camping, reading personal development books, traveling, and getting to know different cultures.
