Our team is responsible for;-The design, preparation, and delivery of YetGen's online educational programs via Moodle. -Development and integration of gamification elements into our educational offerings using H5P, enhancing learner engagement and course effectiveness. -Oversee user registration processes on Moodle, ensuring smooth onboarding for all learners.-Provide prompt and effective user support, resolving technical issues encountered during Moodle usage, and maintain a high-quality user experience.
