I led the IT department consisting of six teams and gained experience in areas such as identifying team needs, crisis management, talent management, process management, and meeting management.

I played a key role in the team responsible for conducting interviews and training periods for our volunteer leaders. Specifically, I led the training program called the Academia of Leaders, where I was responsible for designing, scheduling, and executing the entire process.

I was part of the team responsible for developing our Discord bots, APIs, and matching algorithms. Additionally, within the team, I contributed to the reporting of processes, facilitated the orientation of new members, and provided support for team management.

I am a member of the team entrusted with presenting Yetkin Gençler's 2023 activities to the business world. In this capacity, I organized this year's reports and implemented data visualization techniques to effectively communicate our achievements and insights.

I provided mentorship to a team of 10 individuals participating in the Akbank Backend Jump Education Program, focusing on ASP.NET - C#.

I led the Learning Management Systems Team. Our team is responsible for;-The design, preparation, and delivery of YetGen's online educational programs via Moodle. -Development and integration of gamification elements into our educational offerings using H5P, enhancing learner engagement and course effectiveness. -Oversee user registration processes on Moodle, ensuring smooth onboarding for all learners.-Provide prompt and effective user support, resolving technical issues encountered during Moodle usage, and maintain a high-quality user experience.

I contributed to the team responsible for the instructional design of our education programs. I designed the asynchronous flow for several of our training weeks.

I provided Robotics Coding Lessons to K-12 level students in Deneyap Workshops under the supervision of professional instructors. Additionally i was part of Education Programs Commision, where I designed workshops to be used in technofests.

I provided technical support to administrative and academic staff by diagnosing and repairing hardware and software faults and resolving network issues.
