· Prepare tax forms for individual, sole proprietorship, corporate, nonprofit organization, LLC, trust and partnership, expertise tax schedules, 199A, R&D credit, Form 5471, 5472, and foreign tax credit etc.· Research accounting and multi-state tax laws to Prepared multi-state returns and provide daily consultations regarding small business and individual tax needs· Resolve IRS and various state notices for clients, alleviating exposure to penalties and interest. Prepare amended returns when required.· Manage and review multi-state payroll for client, prepare payroll tax returns. Analyze and reconciled payroll expense, and employee benefits at year end.· Prepare financial statements for domestic and international clients. Compile work papers and make adjusting journal entries to trial balances, expedite timely accounts receivable collections, and reconcile General Ledger accounts relating to taxes for year-end closings, ensuring correctness and accuracy· Coordinate with client's external auditors to do year-end financial auditing, assist clients with responses to state and federal tax audits. Provide advices for client's daily operations and internal control system.· Prepare sales and use tax, property tax, and local withholding tax returns and payments, maintain and update all business licenses and exemption certificates

• Contribute to daily accounting operations including AR, collection calls, AP, inventory receiving, manufacture overhead calculation, and import duties• Responsible for monthly business operation analysis report including cost, duty and account performance • Create daily audit documents and perform various internal control tasks including three-way matching of supplier invoice, customer PO and FCR • Support company year-end auditing by external auditors and prepare questionnaires, audit documents • Responsible for inventory reconciliation by working with third party warehouse and logistics

· Perform target and non-statistically sampling tests for asset and expense accounts· Manage client confirmation process and communicate with client's customers, suppliers and banks· Conduct on-site observations for client's warehouse· Prepare supporting documents for audit reports
