• Manage and coordinate short-term global programs in January and Summer, targeting undergraduates from other NYU sites and accredited universities; in charge of marketing, course-planning, student admission; plan and organize welcome and farewell events, orientation, and cultural activities; process students’ billing, housing arrangements, account activation, and insurance; support students with academic and living inquires.• Initiate special programs, including the Summer Screenwriting Program in cooperation with NYU Tisch and COVID Exchange Program led by MOE.• Develop, plan, and organize academic and cultural trips outside Shanghai for visiting students. Coordinate the logistics, partner with faculty, chaperon and oversee the trips, and manage unexpected issues and emergencies.• Create the Overnight Trip Chaperone Training Program and the training guidelines; organize training sessions for staff. • Support faculty with academic-related needs, including budgeting and planning the course, processing textbook and course material purchases, organizing field trips and exams. • Assist with planning, organizing and supporting academic events, including the Undergraduate Symposium, Senior Award, and Commencement.

• Recruited new volunteers for the Great North Run 2017, communicated with event participants, and coordinated volunteers.• Designed and implemented the UCL On-campus Recruitment event, coordinated with university unions and initiated promotional activities.

• Coordinated the Go West Social Service Sponsorship Project, reviewed and evaluated applications from universities, and assisted to distribute financial support.• Communicated and maintained relationships with potential stakeholders who may be interested in investing in projects, and sought opportunities for cooperation.
