Yuqing is in charge of consulting department, manage resources, define standard and templets for consulting team.Yuqing recruit and build consulting team from 10 to 30 employees.Yuqing build PMO orgnization manage from single project to program consist of multiple projects, review solution and progress.As the same time, Yuqing is the Project Manager of several core projects, clients consist of Xtep(特步), Annil(安奈儿) and KEER(千叶珠宝).

As RE team lead of Accenture, we serve PGE(Project Global Excellence) project of CapitaLand(凯德) in Singapore and China. The vision of PGE are: 1, Leverage IT for business and growth (business growth does not mean direct proportional increase in IT); 2, Timely, accurate, and integrated view of the business driven by analytics; 3, Relevant and productive use of human capital for technology; 4, Agile, future-proofed and cost effective IT infrastructure; 5, Shared common database, minimum interfaces, core system and single source of truth.In journey of 3 phases, we first design and implement global template in Singapore, then Roll-outs to other countris, at last, stabilize it.

As finance accounting consultant, Yuqing analyse customer's current situation and design future blueprint for financial solution. Client: Ming Yang Wind Power Group Limited, SASAC(中国科工集团）, GDS, GDSI, GDSS Company implemented all core modules and BCS for consolidation. Conducted blueprinting, gap review, configuration for the FI and CO modules.  Project is the central object in wind power industry, from sales order to purchase and production, until period-end closing, the whole processes are integrated by PS.
