Factory HardWare EPM Lead on Apple Project. Complete all the NPI stage tasks thru Proto/EVT/DVT to MP. 1. Project analysis, quotation preparation, budget and project planning, project process planning 2. Track the project schedule, coordinate internal and external resources, manage TM and solve problems in project level. 3. Actively communicate with the customer, meet customer's target, timely report project status to the customer, provide instant solution when the issue occurred. 4. Prepare task statement, communicate with project team members and partners, and resolve questions from the project team 5. Track and control the project cost, adjust the budget and do the financial settlement timely 6. Submit the satisfaction production to customer. 7. Summarize the experiences of project and fill the finished project.
