During the period of master degree, I systematically studied the altered miRNAs in the plasma of infected rabbits with Schistosoma japonicum using the bioinformatics methods based on Solexia data；qRT-PCR method to further verify these altered miRNAs associated with Schistosome infection. During the period of Ph.D. degree, I revealed the importance of the conformational dynamics for the interaction between Hsp70 and Hsp40, elucidate the behavioral differences between hHsp70 and hHsc70 in conformational dynamics and kinetics perspective, made the foundation for explore the functional differences betweenhHsp70 and hHsc70 in residuals level. During my postdoctoral period, in order to study the effect of static magnetic fields on biological macromolecules in vitro, I independently built a set of equipment that integrates optical paths with static magnetic field generation devices, and revealed the mechanism of static magnetic fields on biological macromolecules (such as the respiratory chain complex IV) at the molecular level.
