My role includes being both team and tech lead in QA R&D team, which attempts to create and deliver solutions for QA process optimisation/automation by means of scripting and/or development.My responsibilities include:- being the guy who googles the issue first- local team management and internal training conduction at certain degree- monitoring and contributing to traditional automation approaches within company- participating in various game automation initiatives- prototyping and development of custom game automation tools, ideas and initiatives

My main role as a QA Level 2 Tester is to test the game, finding and describing the bugs on assigned tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES:- identify and isolate bugs on assigned tasks- describe found bugs clearly and concisely- produce improvement suggestions regarding current project- organize and prioritize assigned tasks- provide clear and correct task results- produce valid test cases based on documentation- create own test cases based on gaming experience and creative point of view- use specific tools and applications required for performing testing on IOS platform- coaching and mentoring junior members
