Responsible for the supervision of dispatchers and dispatch operations; scheduling; and other administrative duties as it relates to dispatch operations. Responsible for screening and prioritizing incoming calls for services or emergencies related to STMU.

Manage and supervise the organization of the Police Communications Operations. General office duties as assigned to include billing, data entry, filing, using general office machinery, creating/updating documents predominantly using Microsoft Word and Excel. Constantly exercise the ability to multitask while serving as a Police Dispatcher and providing professional customer service.

US Secret Service Uniformed Division Officer 2004 to 2007Provided protection for the President and Vice President of the United States and their immediate families; including, but not limited to the White House Complex and adjacent Federal Office Buildings. Provided protection through a network of fixed posts, vehicular and foot patrols, and special support programs. Operated as a dispatcher in the area of communications while maintaining liaison with various federal, state, and local law enforcement officials and agencies in order to achieve the protective mission of the Department of Homeland Security. Served as a member of the Honor Guard.

Provided for the safety and security of the students, staff, and guests, as well as the physical assets of the University. Proactively patrolled all campus property by foot and bicycle. Operated police radios and computer terminals for police dispatch duties. Enforced parking regulations and issued citations as required. Ensured that campus facilities were secured or unsecured in accordance with the daily schedule. Responded to calls for assistance from the St. Mary's University community. Served as a Rape Aggression Defense Instructor.
