The company was only one year old when I was hired and after several months of maintaining AngularJs project the time came to start main project.Our department was given full freedom in terms of technologies and work flow choices. So we rushed to build our applications with best and latest development practices. Server side was transfered to ASP.NET Core, on client side we used Angular2+ (main project) and ReactJs (inner system for warehouse management), created component library, automated API documentation by using Swagger, pitched iOs and Android apps creation with help of Ionic. We applied Agile practices in our development and we were working by SCRUM 2-week sprints. I was guiding new feature creation process from user-story through UX development and design to final implementation.
