Yuri also worked as a producer, director, scriptwriter and editor on the highly acclaimed doc series about the Greek Revolution "1821" (SKAI, 2011) and "The Journey of Food" (Latsis Foundation, 2017).Recent cross media projects and exhibitions he produced include Twice a Stranger (www.twiceastranger.net), A Balkan Tale (www.balkantale.com), War & Peace in the Balkans and Metsovo 1900 (www.metsovomuseum.gr) and History Lost, produced with leading museums, foundations and educational institutions in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Egypt, Turkey, Cyprus and the Balkans, have sought to influence public perceptions of the Ottoman Empire across the Balkans, by using recent historical research to help resolve political conflict.

Yuri worked as a director and researched of ERT's weekly documentary current-affairs strand "Reportage Without Frontiers" presented by Stelios Kouloglou.
