Born and raised in lima Peru he moved to United states at the age of 17.After finishing 2 years of law at universidad de Lima en Peru, he came to the United States in search of finishing his career as an attorney in 1986.While still working as a bus boy at night Yuri, his mom and dad worked cleaning 12 floors of offices for 2 years 10 hours at night, cleaning toilets, handling garbage and janitorial duties.After working for a phone equipment company and long distance sales he decided to open his own log distance and cell phone company out of his home NUESTRA TIENDA WIRELESS ; this company grew from zero to 15 million dollars a year in sales in 8 years employing over 150 people with 36 retail locations all over Florida.After selling NTW in 2005 he co founded in 2006 with his brother G world properties, a thriving full service real estate company which as of 2019 has 4 locations in central florida with over 150 realtors and is poised to open locations in Miami and Tampa in 2020 .In 2012 based on the real estate market change Yuri saw the opportunity to open a construction company to capitalize on the flip market and new construction, and so Modern Homes Builders LLC was born, in a period of 4 years Yuri successfully bought, fully rehab and flip over 150 properties between 2013 to 2016. MHB is still thriving and has acquired land to expand and start building communities in 2023 .Yuri also is the CMO & Founder of the “ Yanira Suarez New Home Team”, a real estate team of 15+ realtors in orlando, miami and tampa specializing in sales and events for national builders, this team has 3 admin positions dedicated to manage thousands of leads Yuri produces thru years of advertising and branding in social media including facebook, instagram, youtube, twitter, snapchat, Tiktok, Linkedin and more, also he started the LIVE show “Preguntale a Yanira” (ask yanira) , a live show where Yanira Suarez answers live questions about real estate. This team is one of the most succesfull real estate team in orlando with leads sales of over 200 contracts in 2019 .Yuri’s true passion is Marketing and creating companies, after creating, developing, executing and purchasing marketing for over 25 years and spending over 5 millions dollars himself in both the typical marketing channels as well as social media he is now embarking in his latest project, a Real Estate Digital Marketing agency, this agency will be focused on helping big teams, brokerages, builders and developers PULL more clients to their sales funnel, grow their profit and increase their ROI with every dollar spent.
