Apply ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques to efficiently and scalably prepare data, enabling accurate and reliable analysis.Develop and automate processes and reports using VBA programming in Microsoft Access, creating and maintaining macros and scripts to optimize workflows.Develop and optimize advanced Excel spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities are:- Supporting global customer related to enhance due diligence (EDD) process in English via live chat, phone and email.- Conducting risk assessments on new and existing customers and assessing high-risk customer transaction activity to ensure it is commensurate with the nature of the business.- Responsible for analyzing the proof of wealth (SOW) documentation from users on Binance platform and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.- Establishing good relationships with various departments, compliance, customer service and finance.- Good and affect communication, analytical thinking, problem solving skills and teamwork.

- Customer primary point of contact, supporting via live chat, emails and calls in two languages: English and Portuguese, providing accurate, valid and comprehensive information about the Binance platform.- Handling system tickets, responding to customers online enquiries about any problem regarding the service provided by Binance exchange.- Managing customer inquiries, providing possible solutions on time to ensure satisfactory resolution.- Daily work productivity measured by KPI's indicators which I always stayed above the average, such as chat volume (total and per day), quality of service, CSAT (score given by the customer), FCR, etc.
