Project developed from the beginning, starting with the business plan, positioning, branding, name creation, design and management of the operation, implementation and administration. The Covid pandemic was a major setback as it happened just as we were about to open. Despite this, we operated for two years and led to a major change in the pattern of marketing and packaging in the restaurants in the region. The decision to terminate the project was made after careful political-economic analysis, both locally and globally.
