My bread-and-butter is administering Wowza Streaming Engines, Azure Servers and storage accounts so any issues don't get between viewers or venues experiencing amazing content! That's not all though - I also help customers troubleshoot problems they're having while ensuring broadcasts go off without a hitch. Plus on top of it all I make sure streams sound polished by editing audio to perfection before sending them out into the world!

By combining different types of data such as WiFi, sensors, and Bluetooth beacons with Purple's unbelievable cloud-based platform I helped them get new insights into their spaces so they could build better experiences for visitors while boosting revenue at the same time. Not only did I effectively manage cloud resources and communication channels — but when users or devs encountered any sort of problem or bug they couldn't solve? That was where I stepped up! My eagle eye helped pinpoint unfamiliar systems' root-cause issues as well our globally deployed solutions'. To me there are few things more satisfying than being able to provide clarity even amid uncertainty by troubleshooting telemetry data; it meant taking ownership of every opportunity for success!

With a passion for all things digital, I jumped at the chance to join Danaher Corporation - Aquatic Informatics. From WaterTrax and Tokay SQL to Linko Softwares, my work focused on driving customer success while handling technical challenges posed by both internal and external customers. Salesforce data management was also part of my role along with product enhancement - working together as a team with Product Managers directly addressing customer feedback through new features & functionality improvements or identifying software glitches using Jira test scenarios. Together we achieved successful outcomes!

I joined Radiant Communications and the ever-growing TELUS family, and it just keeps getting bigger! Shortly after I signed on, TELUS Group acquired us and recently rebranded the company to GoCo - giving me a chance to flex my muscles in both technical network teamwork and customer success. With technicians, managers and executives standing together as one unit we tackled projects across North America; from Cisco to Fortinet solutions down to DSLs LTEs cable fiber systems alike! We spoke English & French making sure every update was smooth sailing as well running diagnostics testing troubleshooting for any technical issues that came our way. It truly felt like an unstoppable force set out over those busy months of work - impressive results guaranteed all around!

After delivering outstanding results on webcasts, technical projects and tasks for the QMJHL (La Ligue Junior Majeur du Québec), my team celebrated. So much so that I was promoted to Team Lead! This opened up a world of new opportunities and responsibilities - an exciting development in this awesome journey.Then with my stellar tech skills, keen eye for customer service, and unmatched enthusiasm for technology - I was an invaluable asset to the team. From services Hockey leagues to webcasts of horse races- no issue too big or small that we couldn't tackle! Moreover, these efforts earned me recognition as one of very few Technical Points of Contact & Escalation in QMJHL hockey league - a true honor indeed!

I was given an amazing opportunity to join NeuLion, a world-leading multi-media IPTV service provider in BC. I had the unique task of working with many webcasts, servers and data centers – helping major leagues like the NHL, NFL QMJHL WHL & OHL! My responsibilities included technical preparation pre/post production for live & on demand broadcasts as well as troubleshooting any issues that arose - all while maintaining top quality standards even when communicating bilingually (French + English). It truly felt great knowing my work helped create meaningful connections between customers and other suppliers.

In 2016, I made the move to BC and landed a sales role at Telco Management. It was an amazing opportunity – not only did it give me the chance to work with customers around the world in France and Belgium but also hone my skills as a bilingual speaker of French/English! My efforts paid off because I exceeded all of my quotas by delivering great satisfaction for every customer. Plus, along the way I implemented better processes & systems so that data could be managed effectively - making sure everyone got what they needed on time!

During my studies of Computer Information Systems in Brazil, I was tapped to work for Indaiatuba's Town Hall IT Department - and it certainly paid off! Not only did I get the chance to utilize my Portuguese language skills, but also had a lot of success troubleshooting hardware and software issues as part our customer-centric service. In addition, I took pride in troubleshooting, testing, diagnosing and solving many technical problems that could be hardware, software, security, computer, systems, networks for internal, external customers and also provisionings, software deployments, configurations, management creating documentation that would be beneficial both to customers and team members alike.

After visiting a job fair in Montreal I've landed my first job in Canada.With extensive Apple, Technical, Product knowledge and multilingual skills, I successfully navigated customer accounts, providing resolution to issues from troubleshooting to problem-solving. My expertise in the field enabled successful completion of all associated training provided Apple solutions to customers, troubleshooting, problem resolution with ease.
