I believe in truly understanding a problem before trying to deliver a solution. My time at Novel Logistics was undertaken to enable me to see first hand the inefficiencies within the trucking industry and the consequent opportunity to create a solution that will not only improve efficiency but also safety, satisfaction and profitability.As CEO & Co-Founder I work closely with our CTO and team as we push towards revolutionizing this antiquated space. We are on a mission to reduce and ultimately eliminate the repeated driver abuse and accepted violations of the HOS (Hours of Service) regulations by providing the industry with new software that will be readily adoptable. Having already declined a previous acquisition offer this only proves the huge market potential this opportunity presents, not just from a profitability perspective but to also improve the safety and working lives for millions both in the United States and globally.

Following dispatcher training I became an independent owner-operator of vans, reefers and flatbeds. In this time I was fortunate to learn what it took to be an owner-operator, and also the associated shortcomings within the space. Spending hours, weeks, months and ultimately years both on the radio and behind the wheel I was able to envision a safer and more efficient way to operate. This grass roots experience of operating within the world of trucking positioned me to understand what was needed to disrupt the space and IQHaulers Inc was born.

eTrifles was launched to capitalize on the cost/price inefficiencies of small electronics across international markets. Selling across multiple channels and growing the business to a team of six eTrifles was profitable shortly after launch. Taking responsibility for product selection, logistics, online marketing, driving revenue and a host of other key deliverables I also developed proprietary software and processes that optimized our warehouse operating procedures whilst reducing costs, delivery time and error rates.
