Teaching/training Agile ways of working to non-IT managers/business owners.

At CAPS, I'm heading the Agile direction, developing learning programs and delivering classes for students from business/politics.

- Coaching individuals, teams and organizations (both IT and non-IT)- Running trainings on Scrum, Lean Startup, Business Agility- Business development (growing pipeline, winning clients, closing deals etc.)- Public speaking on topics of innovation, leadership, Agile etc.
