• Communication with German customers by chat/phone; with English, Spanish and French customers via chat;• diagnostics and repair of hardware and basic network issues;• installation, support and troubleshooting for software, escalation of unresolvable cases;• resolution of configuration conflicts and optimization of PC performance on Windows OS and MAC;• providing general computer support to new or existing clients over the phone;• ability to diagnose and repair complex issues on Windows OS and MAC;• providing customer-oriented service on every contact in order to fulfill all customer’s needs.
