Responsible for introducing and integration into Weatherford systems recently acquired Atlas GIP Wireline division. Major customers accounts support, Atlas GIP personnel training and coaching to Weatherford standards. Start up new operations in Black Sea and Continental Europe - Ukraine and Spain. Certified trainer for Basic Explosives and Ballistic SOP.Completed projects and achievements:o Start up WL business in Ukraine from ground zero. Generate 800K$ in the first 6 month from absolute scratch. Import RAM WL sources into country within limited time gap. Establish and sign contract with local company, later used as WFT subcontractor for its licenses. Due diligence reports for local logging companies to identify suitable partner for future operations.o Customer relationships and technical sales, including contracts, work order, payments etc. Lead technical service sales and customer support for Ukraine operations.o Romania Operations Excellence support for $38+M annual revenue operations. Completed projects and achievements:o Perforation job design (standard, DUB, EOB, STIM technology) and conveyance modeling using industry recognized software PulsFrac; CTES- Cerberus; WEM-GEM; EPAo Develop, implement and maintain Perforation services Approved equipment lists for Global Weatherford.o Introduced conveyance-modeling service for Weatherford worldwide usage for all high profile jobs - deviated wells, hostile well conditions and pump-down perforation – PDP.o Active member of WFT Global explosive committee 2007-2008. Participate in creation of latest edition of WFT Global Ballistic SOP and other documentation and standards. o Due diligence report for Argentinian manufacturing facility Tassaroli for supplying perforation gun carriers for South America WFT operations.

Maintain pricing and high equipment utilization in the very competitive market in Russian Western Siberia. Completed projects and achievements:o Perform marketing analysis to establish efficient pricing model for Rosneft –SLB contract. Won several years’ exclusive perforation services for frac (500+ frac jobs) operations for Schlumberger Russia. Annual revenue of South region for this period was $10-12M USDo Lead regional tender team. Prepared complete tender documentation packages for major customers.o Won several contracts for additional to MSA (up-sell) services requested by Rosneft and Shell -SPD for microseismic and open/cased logging.

Managed 56 field employees cell providing wireline services for following Customers: BP, EXXON MOBILE, ENCANA and APACHE. Total 15 offshore platforms. Biggest Schlumberger location. High technology and highest safety standards district worldwide. Work offshore for 4 month on different platforms (mostly SHELL), open & cased hole logging and perforating.
