During my career i have been engaged into the projects of construction, building reconstruction, industrial modernization, quality& environmental& HS systems audit and implementation, asset management system development. They are different in terms of the scope but are ambitious and pushing the team to do its best. I do appreciate clients and partners for the realised opportunities to dig into the various market areas such as automotive, retail, mining, logistic (project and FMCG) and that was amazing experience. Deep knowledge of quality management methods (soft, statistic ones) allow me to handle management environment, structuring and systematically Improving it based on reasonable analysis. Main focus of my activities is to build and coach the team of one-minded colleagues targeted on ambitious challenges. I do appreciate any new project as next chance to overcome new obstacles like reach new mountain. Technical education accompanied by IT disciplines gave me an opportunity to look wider while searching the effective solutions. Permanent personal development is pushing me to get new skills and new hints, methods to be implemented on project execution.
