Airbus Single Aisle Aircraft Family▪ Production Support of aircraft customization and modifications.▪ Static and fatigue analysis of fuselage, floor and wing box structures using company approved methods.▪ Development of database for project task management using VBA. Optimization of task flow processes.3. Boeing 737-MAX – Fan Cowl Support Beam▪ Development and verification of Fan Cowl Support Beam Finite Element Model using MSC Patran/Nastran. Static and buckling analyses using Nastran SOL 101 and 105. Simulation of structure contact using linear gap elements.▪ Loads investigation and coordination within analysis team.▪ Development of Finite Element Models for drainage, hydraulics systems and system brackets. Static, natural frequency and random vibration analyses of tubing systems (Nastran SOL 101, 103, 111).▪ Static analysis of Fan Cowl Support Beam structures using internationally approved methods.4. Boeing 777-9X – Wing Fixed Leading Edge▪ Static analysis of Fixed Leading Edge composite structures for various intact and failed conditions.▪ Investigation of loads at different Fixed Leading Edge interfaces.▪ Solution of specific engineering problems.▪ Structure optimization and weight saving efforts.▪ Development of detailed Finite Element models for composite structures, verification and validation.▪ Damage and repair analysis of composite structures.▪ Guiding and learning of less experienced colleagues.
