Current- Focused on creating and sending legal documents that assist clients to migrate from one service to another.- Working within SalesForce to ensure that all cases are handled and the appropriate responses are given to clients that are requesting answers and solutions. - Ensuring the satisfaction of all clients, specializing in retaining escalated customers and upselling company subscriptions- Verifying all customer products and identifying the date of sale and renewal in order to clearly convey the necessary information to all customers- Calling clients in order to provide excellent customer service, especially in cases where they are escalated
