About Yusef J

With over two years of experience as an architectural designer and contractor, I am passionate about developing architectonic spaces that embrace the aesthetic, historical and ecological context of their surroundings. As an intern architect at AN+, I apply my skills in physical model-making and 3D volume generation to contribute to adaptive re-use and residential projects in Jaffa and Tel Aviv. I collaborate with a talented team of architects and designers from Italy, Japan and Israel to provide cutting-edge solutions that enhance the urban landscape and quality of life of its inhabitants. In addition to my current role, I am pursuing a Master of Architecture degree at the University of Miami. I hold a Master of Science degree in Art, Culture and Technology from MIT, as well as a BA in Architecture/Urban Studies from NYU and a certification from the Porto Academy Visiting School at USI-ARC in Mendrisio, Switzerland. I am fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and English, and proficient in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Lumion, Twinmotion and the Adobe Creative Suite.
