I am industrial engineer and graduated at Balıkesir University. I have knowledge for Solidworks, AutoCAD, Arena simulation, Microsoft office, Minitab and Matlab. My featured skills are analytical thinking, effective written and verbal communication, productive work with team, good persuasiveness. My ideas are taken into consideration during the decision-making process within the group and I receive feedback that my leadership feature is strong. I try to do my best to notice the details and seize opportunities. Considering the feedback, I receive from my friends and family; I realize my strengths and weaknesses and try to improve myself.My short-term goals are to improve my English to a very good level and to learn German as a second language. When I was my undergraduate, I benefited the Erasmus project and continued my education for 1semester at Belgium, Vives University. In a project organized by the Waregem city council from Belgium about the development of the city, the presentation of the team I was in was liked and was selected as the 1st
