As a Project Engineer I am responsible for design and coordination of multi-million dollar land development projects. Projects include combined site improvements, potable water systems, ADA improvements, senior living centers, public works utility and roadway designs, hospital site work, and college campus redevelopment. Scope of work includes underground utility design, preparing C3 storm water management and SWPPP (risk level 1 and 2) plans and reports, campus lighting plans, street profiles, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) plans, estimating land development projects, conducting fire flow tests, plan checking, analyzing storm drain inspection reports, generating accurate volume calculations using 3d surfaces and terrain modeling, and obtaining city permits. My duties at Sandis as a project surveyor include managing construction staking projects, bidding andestimating future construction staking jobs, working in the field as a Local 3 Union management trainee,generating topographic surveys, ALTAs, building 3D terrain surfaces in AutoCAD, and databasemanagement. I used this opportunity to create and become a co-founder of RGS Motorsport, an online retailer of motorcycle and ATV parts and accessories. My role at RGS was to obtain business to business relations, open wholesale account, oversee the website design and structure, create advertisements, market and advertise our products, and managed our eBay site.Achievements (during 9 months in operation): • Monthly sales of $19,000.• Over +1000 products offered. • 100% Customer Satisfaction with repeat customers and zero returns. • Obtained a steady flow of international customers in South America and Europe. • Positive Cash flow in three months.
