During his tenure as Chief Technology Officer at goTRG, Yuri Yushkov significantly elevated the company’s technology and engineering capabilities. Joining in January 2022, he was initially tasked with transforming the product and engineering department. His role quickly expanded to include leading the strategic design, development, and implementation of industry-leading Commercial Returns Management software solutions.Yuri’s leadership was crucial in expanding engineering resources to support a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring goTRG remained at the forefront of technological innovation. He established robust frameworks for business continuity, disaster recovery, information security, and compliance, which were essential in maintaining goTRG’s technology infrastructure.Under Yuri’s guidance, the engineering department was transformed into a world-class, cutting-edge technology provider. His efforts led to the successful delivery of key modules of the Returns Management Platform, including:• ReturnPro, the returns management platform for Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, and other 3P sellers,• Reverse Warehouse Management System (RWMS), which combines traditional WMS functionalities with returns-specific features,• Policies and Contract Management System, a shared workspace for retailers and vendors to manage policies and the Return Authorization (RA) process.These achievements significantly bolstered goTRG’s market position, reinforcing its leadership in the returns management industry.Beyond product development, Yuri improved product and engineering management processes and tools, aligning them with business goals.Yuri’s tenure at goTRG is marked by dedication, visionary leadership, and substantial contributions to the company’s success. As the co-founder of Handster.com, an application store solution company that has operations in the U.S. and development center in Ukraine, Yuri helped create scalable, highly flexible white-label application store solutions for mobile operators, handset manufacturers and distributors. Handster was acquired by Opera Software ASA (www.opera.com) in September of 2011.

Before Velvetech was created, Yuri was the Director of Custom Software Development Services leading the U.S. based Project Management Office for CFT, bridging CFT’s offshore software development center and the U.S. market, and generating client accounts in SME.Center of Financial Technologies (CFT) is a global technology consulting firm providing solutions to Fortune 1000 and Middle Market companies across the Banking and Financial Services, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, and Supply Chain Management industries.
