Carry out Routine Maintenance (Preventive & Corrective) according to approved schedule with respective scope of works.5.) Report and analyze any defect within section according to Condition of Contract.6.) To evaluate Routine maintenance done to meets SIC requirement.7.) Involve in SIC meeting and daily inspection (2 times/day).8.) Analyze, advice and troubleshoot on operation matters at any defect occurred.9.) Compile routine maintenance activities and key-in Oracle, RAMS and ROSS system.10.) Collaborate with PLUS EETE to ensure all defects are rectified within stipulated period as per SLA /COC11.) Control and troubleshooting routine maintenance activities according to related scope of work.12.) Conduct regular inspection and recorded all findings. (MHA,G.I & other audited report).13.) Respond to breakdown for all scopes within stipulated time as per Condition of Contract.14.) Standby/On-call for MEE scope of work as and when required.15.) Supervise and evaluate on all claims process within section responsibility.16.) Evaluate subcontractor performance (project / routine maintenance).17.) Prepare Certificate of Payment (COP), Instruction to Commence Work (ITCW), Contractor Performance Review (CPR) and others.18.) Manage, supervise and advice on all asset and tools management within MEE scope of work.19.) Compliance to safety and Quality according to company policy.20.) Supervision of Green House and any activities on Schedule Waste disposal.21.) Complied to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, EMS 14001 and Factory Machinery Act 1967.22.)
