Career OverviewOver the past 32 years my career has spanned over various industries and engineering disciplines. On this journey I have experienced successes as well as failures which has shaped me into the resilient leader I am today.As a solutions consultant/design project engineer, I have the ability and experience to position myself at the core of organisation’s and fully understand processes at any point in a project’s life cycle. The capability to unpack this and provide structure to environments that are often presented with complexity.Often this complexity is compounded by demotivated teams, operating in a perpetual cycle which last longer than it should and ultimately it impacts directly on the organisation’s bottom line.My analytical and creative strengths allow me to be strategic, flexible and firm, adaptable and focused on delivering and assisting teams navigate effectively out of the current state into a future state.
