*Skillful and efficient rooming, (explanation of the facilities in the room to guest as per hotel standard of procedure) of arriving guest and provide a high level of service and assistance*Ensure to be familiar with all facilities and services within the hotel and offer general information as required and to maximize sales and revenue for the hotel, offer the hotel at all times.*Posses knowledge of the community and area in which the hotel is located to assist guest with information on special events.*Ensure the check in & check out process should comply with hotel policy and procedure.*Greet/Farewell guest sincerely.*Assist with the delivery of all messages and mail as directed.* Liaison with the concierge desk, and other department colleagues. *Comply with all hotel policies.

*Ensure working of all Front Office Policies and Procedures.*Ensure effective shift hand-over.*Be knowledgeable of Front Office systems and know back up procedures and system recovery procedures.*Co-ordinate and oversee all hotel operations in cooperation with Duty Manager.*Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function during the hours.
