As the lead designer, I am responsible for developing the overall design strategy and planning, and guiding team members in implementing design solutions. I inspire team members to use their creativity and talent, encourage independent thinking, and provide professional guidance and feedback.I work closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure the quality and feasibility of design work. I focus on fabrication processes and material selection to ensure that designs are implementable in actual production and meet the highest standards of quality.In this role, I work closely with cross-departmental teams, including the marketing team, purchasing team, and sales team. I work with them to develop the overall strategy for the brand and ensure that the designs are effectively communicated in marketing campaigns.In addition, as lead designer, I am responsible for attending industry events and fashion shows to network and collaborate with peers and expand the brand's reach and partnership opportunities.Through my experience as Ochirly's lead designer, I have not only improved my design skills and expertise, but also developed the ability to lead teams and manage projects. I drive the brand's growth through innovative and unique designs that provide consumers with compelling fashion products.
