Generally accepted accounting principles ( Matching Principle- Conservatism- Periodicity- Full Disclosure Principle) • Accrual records in a monthly basis • Monitoring Cash-bank statement flow • Analyzing expense records ofoversea offices according to lokal legislation,on timely and regular basis • Correspondence with operational vendors • Controlling of tax computations,VAT returns ,receivables and payables of related oversea office

* Accounting and finance processing of Northern China, Taiwan and Philippines.* Managing the annual budget planning.* Record keeping and reporting the revenue of pax and cargo for Beijing,Taipei and Manila.Also responsible with Cargo revenue of Shanghai and guangzhou, recording to system, reporting to the related departments and closing the balance/sales.* Recording and closing the deposit of agencies sales.* Controlling the guarantee letter of the agency and providing ticket stocks.* Managing the process of incentive and realizing the payments to agents.* Managing cash-flow statement for China,Beijing,shanghai,guangzhou, Taiwan and Philippines. * Maintain the payment process of the vendors in accordance agreements.* Establish the relationship between banking, audits,customers and vendors.* Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.* Monitoring of operational and non-operational agreement process, control and finalization.* Coordination of corporate tax declaration in accordance with legislation.* Coordination payrolling and individual tax decloration.* Analyzing the results of the term activities that occur at the end of the period.Revenue/expense analysis - Cash flow reporting - Accrual basis of accounting.
