My role as Director involves the following but is not limited to Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems, and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. Greet visitors or callers and manage their enquiries or direct them to the appropriate people according to their requirements. Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.

My main duties are- Being the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems.- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Repairing and replacing damaged computers and network components.- Supporting staff, students and visitors whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.

My main duties are - Holding keys to the premises.- Opening the premises prior to scheduled bookings and ensuring safe closure of the venue at the end of a scheduled booking. - Maintaining equipment.- Delivering excellent customer service. - Resolving customer queries or complaints. - Checking the facilities after any bookings to ensure they have been left at the expected standard and resolving any issues.
