He was able to quickly pick up the ins and outs of his role and he managed to deliver his tasks to a great standards , honestly his SLAs were pristine and 100% within SLAs. Fantastic stats. My favourite thing about him was his willingness to take tasks above his league including a rather large project to move all our clients to the new NCE model from Microsoft. My only advise for him is to keep working on his certifications and I am sure he will be a senior engineer in no time."
