I began my professional career as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at Sanko Holding Süperfilm Ambalaj AS. in Gaziantep, where I was responsible for machine maintenance, troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, solar panel analysis, and team management. In this role, I developed a strong foundation in problem-solving and technical expertise while refining my ability to lead and manage a team effectively.Seeking new challenges, I contributed to the establishment of a new factory in Lüleburgaz. As an Installation and Commissioning Engineer, I played a key role in the setup and commissioning of critical systems and machinery, including the Brückner BOPP Line 10.4m, Kampf Slitters, Fully Automatic Bonfanti Cranes and Conveyors, Bobst Metalizer Machine, Transformers, and both HV/MV Electrical Systems and Cabinets. Additionally, I contributed to the creation of the factory's infrastructure plan and oversaw the construction work. This experience reinforced my commitment to excellence, as I ensured that all installations met the highest standards of safety and efficiency.After the factory’s establishment, I continued in Lüleburgaz as a Maintenance Engineer, where I focus on ensuring operational excellence. My role demands a high level of collaboration, and I take pride in fostering strong relationships across all levels of the organization. My commitment to teamwork and open communication has been crucial in achieving seamless operations and resolving challenges promptly.I am passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends, continuously learning, and tackling challenges head-on. My dedication to my work is matched by my commitment to building and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring that every project benefits from clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared goal of success.Outside of work, I'm a die-hard Formula 1 fan, and I enjoy extreme sports like skiing and rafting. I also have a passion for watching movies, dabbling in small-scale directing, and reading books.
