Managing the coordination of strategic projects and policies aimed at innovating place-based approaches to inequality across 30 neighbourhoods. Advising on Equality Impact Assessments (EqlAs) and latest equality legislation. Co-designing and building two equality networks; the Disability and Age Partnership + LGBTQ+ Advisory Forum.

In this role, I have: • Created a pilot Community Energy Fund worth £100,000. This redirects Carbon Offset Funds to support community-owned energy efficiency projects. • Improved existing processes of funding proformas.• Conducted research on London-wide Carbon Offset Funding. Liaised intently with other boroughs to improve incentives and financing structure. • Analysed, visualised and presented emissions data for nine boroughs in West London.• Greenhouse gas carbon accounting + evaluated emissions methodology. • Created a monitoring system to gather key performance measures and climate change policy commitments, with the aim to create sub-regional targets.

Researched environmental law and political risk, with a focus on the intersection between law, art, critical theory, and ecology.Designed and built a modern website.I have taken on an intermittent position for the Lab. I regularly research, copyedit or perform general website duties.
