Roles include Liaising with clientèle such as potential tenants and landlords, working with current tenants, landlords and contractors to organise maintenance issues on fully managed properties, and preparing tenancy agreements and invoices. In communication a wide range of people including; reference companies, contractors, inventory and third party companies.

Working at McDonald’s has given me the opportunity to receive an inside view ofhow a successful business is run. Interacting with customers, problem solvingwhilst running kitchen or front-counter in many occasions, hectic and stressfulsituations and resolving customer issues in a short time frame were the everydayscenarios. Working near the airport has exposed me to scenarios such as fulfillingcustomer requests where the customer does not speak English whilst maintaining ahigh level of customer satisfaction. I strongly believe this job has allowed me tolearn a vast range of skills which I can apply into my future career.

General tasks included organising and mailing letters to clients and engaging in team meetings to extend my knowledge. I had the opportunity to usher a courtroom where my responsibilities were informing clients valuable information and escorting clients into the courtroom attheir designated times. This placement gave me a more professional experience which has enabled me to acquire another set of skills needed for my career.
