Designed and developed custom modules and integrations of flagship product, Sitaware, for US Army Mission Command; project resulted in client’s decision to implement our other offerings and adopt our technology stack.Lead effort to optimize existing modules and adjust workflow of application to better fit clients. Built features that automate the conversion of unstructured field-gathered data into actionable intelligence; clients were able to gain strategic insight and utilize data visualization and dashboard features. Automated Illumina Clarity LIMS system for liquid biopsy testing focused on cancer diagnostics for lung and colorectal cancers (RaDaR, InVisions products), robot arm control (Hamilton worklists) and sample management and verification. Helped develop python scripts and perform code review for sample submission, plasma prep, automated extraction, pcr, library prep, and tapestation lab processes.Developed and tested Clarity LIMS pipeline to match new user and regulatory requirements.Migrated Sample Submission Portal application (Django application) from a Linux to Windows development environment, simplifying and reducing onboarding time for new developers.
