• End to End recruitment for middle and senior level positions for pan India level.• Vital role in screening and sourcing best talent through leading job portals like Naukri/RMS & Linkedin.• Identify staff requirements and recruit accordingly.• Hiring resources within the stipulated average salary of LOB (Line of Business)• Supporting line managers in preparing job descriptions and ensuring they remain updated at all times.• Salary negotiation and getting a prospective candidate on board successfully.• Maintaining the profiles database and using it for the organization as per need.• Informing applicants about job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies and other related information.• Handling campus recruitment, walk-in interviews and attending job fairs.• Managing hiring for our premium business partners for all middle to Senior Positions.HR Operations:• Issuing offer, appointment, confirmation, increment and promotion letter.• Maintenance of probation confirmation data.• Issue relieving letter and experience letter to the resigned employee.• MIS reporting and maintaining the employee database.• Processing referential checks for all candidates and maintain all the required documents.• Managing Pre and Post Joining formalities and documentation.

• Taking care of end to end recruitment and selection cycle for middle and senior level positions for Pan India level.• Recruiting for multiple industries (Major clients in BFSI, NBFC, IT, Gems and Jewelry, Retail and Fashion, e-Commerce, Manufacturing, Construction Hardware, Engineering, Logistic etc.)• Sourcing and screening quality resumes from various Job portals (Naukri + RMS/CMS, Monster, Shine,Times) including LinkedIn, and through references etc.• Hiring resources within the stipulated average salary of LOB (Line of Business)• Successfully managing volume hiring for various requirements.• Managing a team of 4 recruiters and assigning them requirements.• Collect feedback from interviewers and informing the candidates on the same.• Maintaining interview status, dealing with salary negotiations, closure & feedback reports.• Follow-up with selected candidates, confirm date of joining and assisting them in completing their joining formalities.• Ensuring services within TAT provided by the client.• Responsible for in-house hiring of HR recruiters.• Preparing & Sending of various HR MIS (Daily Status Report, Candidates Details, Joining Details, Monthly performance report).• SPOC for important clients. HR Operations :• Client Servicing - Liaise with clients to understand their expectations, identify existing needs, and provide responsive service to optimize client satisfaction.• Raising invoices for clients on joining of employee and co-ordinating with the HR till payment received.• Keeping records of all interviewed and shortlisted candidates.• Follow up with the selected candidates for joining formalities with documentation.• Jobs posting on company website and screening resumes as per requirement.• Maintain the record of employees leaving the service with all formalities and maintaining database & CV management software.

• Handling recruitment and on boarding formalities for all the new joiners.• Screening, short listing, interview arrangement, negotiating & joining of candidates.• Interacting with departments for manpower requirements.• Negotiating salary with the candidate and complete process of background verification.• Preparing and Issuing offer Letter, generating Employee ID for all new hires /activating ID for temporary to permanent employees, confirmation letters and exit formalities.• Co-ordinate with line managers of all divisions for their hiring.• Maintaining employee database & personal files of employees.• Managing the administrative responsibilities of the organization.
