OPEX Tool Redesign :- Designed an end to end tool to streamline management of excellence programs across Caterpillar dealerships, enhancing metrics in Service, Parts, and Sales to align with strategic goals.Dealer Profile Tool Enhancements:- Enhanced the Events tab by adding a 'submit' feature for One Pager documents, which triggers email notifications to stakeholders and collects their approvals upon finalisation.Horizon 3.0 Tool Update:- Led the UX design for Horizon 3.0, a strategic tool at Caterpillar that enhances dealer engagement and streamlines component demand forecasting, ensuring a user-friendly interface that significantly improves operational efficiency and accuracy.Anchor Fluid Systems (A subsidiary of caterpillar):- Led the development of a cohesive design system, establishing a colour scheme that aligns with the company’s branding. Integrated these elements into UX components and production tokens, enhancing consistency and brand identity across the product's interface.
