[My career]I am a IP (Intellectual Property) versatilist with management literacy. I work as a patent attorney and think about management as a president. In addition, I had assumed an outside auditor at the company which specializes in semiconductor wafer test. These jobs are challenging and encourage me to grow for unique person step by step. My keywords are IP management, Business strategy and Kaizen.[My strength regarding the career]My strength is to propose some preferred method for saving and using IP. I have some kind of ideas such as how to get and register a patent, design, trademark and copyright, measures against IP of competitors, management of confidential information, education about IP. Furthermore, having joined a product management system project as a leader, I’m able to propose Kaizen of your company.[My humanity]I think that a key to communicate with others is to respect for and get interested in them. Being able to share episodes and feelings with each other, we might be pleasurable. Therefore I love listing to their story and talking while drinking. Furthermore private time is important for me. On holiday, I eat out with wife and daughter, read a book, play golf and attend a charity event. Such relaxation is effective so as to make me do better in on work.[My Themes]I value social contribution through my work. Hopefully, what I do will help to solve major problems facing society and make the world slightly better than it is. As an example, supporting about IP will help to increase the number of companies and entrepreneurs that can do business safety and continuously all over the world.
