Design, established and scaled a brand-new study abroad initiative “Tobitate! (Leap for Tomorrow)”, the first-in-history public-private effort for Ministry of Education. The initiative has gathered 105 million USD donations from corporations, sending 1500 students abroad every year.

Built a social venture startup to support the young victims who, despite facing great adversity, did not lose hope and continued to embrace a dream to give back to society in the future.By offering scholarships to attend top-class universities and boarding schools domestically and abroad, as well as providing leadership training and mentoring, BEYOND Tomorrow aims to give these young men and women the opportunity to continue pursuing their dreams and become leaders of tomorrow.For example, we sent students in Tohoku to the "Summer Davos" ("Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2012" held by The World Economic Forum) as official speakers to broadcast their messages and voices of Tohoku to the world leaders such as Wen Jiabao, Klaus Schwab and Carlos Ghosn.Heizo Takenaka (ex-Economy Minister, Minister of Financial Reform, and Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications) mentioned that "As a program that strives to nurture future global leaders from the young victims of the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, BEYOND Tomorrow is filling a role that is extremely crucial in our society.".The role includes Fundraising, PR, Recruitment of program participants, Negotiation with schools, Designing leadership training and mentoring programs, and Managing community of future leaders.
