河北欧特涂料有限公司（原名廊坊开发区欧特涂料有限公司），成立于2003年6月，于2006年9月更名为河北欧特涂料有限公司，总部设在中国管道之城——廊坊。公司宗旨是：推动防腐工业的发展和技术进步。欧特公司是专业从事管道、钢筋防腐涂料研究、生产的技术型企业，是一个集研发、生产、销售于一体的技术型企业。现已与河北工业大学成立“产、学、研”基地和硕士生工作站，并在河北工业大学成立了河北欧特涂料研究所，公司拥有博士生2名，硕士生数名。我公司员工多年以来一直致力于防腐技术的研究与开发，遵循系列化、多元化和专业化原则，先后研制出单层熔结性环氧粉末，双层熔结性环氧粉末，3PE底层用环氧粉末，3PP底层用环氧粉末，管道内涂用环氧粉末，钢筋防腐粉末及多种液态涂料。 Outre is a technological enterprise which is specialized in research, production of pipelines and steel bar anticorrosion coating, and it is a new company which is in the integrated mode of researching, producting and saling.
