As a Consumer Affairs Analyst at Skechers, I assist with consumer inquiries received via various channels in a high-volume environment. I ensure a quality experience by providing friendly, professional service, and collaborate with store and district managers to resolve consumer concerns in-store. I also research and troubleshoot technical issues as needed, and provide monthly feedback to upper management regarding incoming consumer contacts and recommendations on how to improve moving forward.I pursued Ontario Graduate Certificate in Global Business Management at Humber College, where I have gained both theoretical and practical expertise in conventional and digital marketing domains. I have participated in multiple projects that involved devising innovative strategies to promote products effectively, using data-driven approaches and online tools such as Shopify, Google Ads, and SEO. Additionally, I am learning Mandarin, French and Japanese to enhance my linguistic capabilities and cultural awareness in the growing global landscape.
