Localize products and set cost strategy

• Assist the PMO team to implement the strategic plan of the "Trumpf (China) 2025 Strategy" and communicate with various departments to develop and implement the modules and projects of the Trumpf 2025 strategy;• Organize regular monthly module meetings in Chinese and English, record the development process of the corresponding projects, organize meeting minutes and produce analysis reports to the PMO team to monitor the progress of strategic planning;• Assist project managers to build new projects and effectively communicate and collaborate with TRUMPF subsidiary teams, assist project leaders in product industry and market analysis, and assist project managers to discuss projects with the company’s product management team, R&D team and after-sales service team Development and implementation;• Assist the project leader to establish the subsidiary product process standardization for the subsidiary company, such as: order purchase process, installation process and after-sales service process, internal payment process of the parent subsidiary company and other processes, and translate related documents and manuals.

Participated in the audit of China's first batch of PPP underground pipe gallery projects (Shenyang), as part of the team members, responsible for cash counts, entity testing, and completed C (cash and bank), M (short-term liabilities), T (equity), L ( Intangible assets) audit work papers, assist in the completion of O (value added tax), S (lease) audit work papers.
